We had the opportunity, at the beginning of 2021, to set up a collaboration with the SPOT community clinic to offer an information sheet and a workshop to better orient ourselves in the Quebec health system. is done in three parts:

Part 1 : Consultation with immigrant women of all status who have had a path full of pitfalls within the Quebec health system. The consultation made it possible to listen to their experiences, their frustrations in the face of their experiences and the elements they would have liked to know before having to use the services of the health system in Quebec.

Part 2 : Pharmacy intern, Noémi Savoie, then created a pictorial tool exposing the different resources and ways to navigate through this complex system. The tool was validated by the participants of the consultation.

Part 3 : Presentation session of the tool and collection of questions from participants.
